sv_cover_off.jpg (10715 bytes) Shovelveyor was originally designed to load ear corn and grain. It since has been used for a variety of products including recycling using a belt.
sv_control.jpg (13701 bytes) Both conveyor drives are direct drive motors.   This practically eliminates down time and expenses caused by wear on sprockets and drive chains.
sv_box.jpg (10416 bytes) Shovelveyor box is constructed with 6" structural channel sills and 3" structural channel cross members.  The floor is 11 Ga. steel and the 54" high sides are 14 Ga. steel for high durability.   Standard tail gate features cab control for dumping. (Cargo doors optional.)

Drag extensions are available 15' long to increase the efficiency of the Shovelveyor unit.  Drag is extended and retracted with hydraulic power.  Divided Flow Hydraulic System provides constant power to drive drag into corn.  Double Chain with exposed elevated flights dig into corn. minimizing hand labor.  In traveling position, weight of drag is concentrated towards the center of the truck.
