Bulk Potato Body

THE JAKEL MODEL #200 BULK BODY is primarily designed for the unloading of potatoes with variable speed control of the 23" wide belt. The unit is powered by a 5 HP 220 V single phase motor coupled to the hydraulic pump.

The front and rear motors are connected by planetary gear boxes to 6" diameter crowned and lagged conveyor pulleys to eliminate belt slippage.

Cab-controlled side door hydraulic operated with automatic unlocking safety hook (24' & 26' have 2 cylinders)
Variable speed belt control
Two 6" dia. lagged conveyor drive pulleys to eliminate slippage
Ball bearing rollers 12" on center
Hydraulic rear door
Large hydraulic reservoir
Mud flaps and ICC lights
Body primed and painted
Removable rear loading door
